Course Contents

Historical evolution of the definition of city, a brief historical evolution of urban centers, evolution of urban planning, conditions that gave rise to urban science, evolution processes of urban design, urban planning, urban management, urban engineering, functional urban regions analysis (FURA) and strategic physical space planning; and economic, social and political conditions of this evolution, implementations in Turkey.
