1) Evaluate deviations from normal in pregnancy,
2) Explain the risk factors of pregnancy,
3) Explain the tests used in the evaluation of fetal health,
4) State the midwife approaches in the use of tests in the evaluation of fetal health,
5) Explain the pregnants NST
6) Knows physiological / psychological / social / cultural changes during pregnancy and applies midwifery care for problems
9) Evaluates fetal health during pregnancy and birth
10) Provides training and consultancy on issues related to protection and promotion of health during pregnancy
11) Knows the situations that pose risks during pregnancy and applies midwifery care for problems and refers them to the relevant units
12) Provides genetic counseling
13) Identifies all risky pregnancies and provides appropriate midwifery care
14) Follows and reflects new developments related to midwifery care in healthy and risky pregnancy

This couse covers;the Importance of Mother and Fetus Health in Conditions with Risk, the tests of use for evaluating fetal health , risk factors in pregnancy, , the previous risky situation , rh factor ıncompatibility, , gestational hypertansion , systemic diseases and pregnancy, , ınfectious diseases at pegnancy, , teratogen ınfections (torch) and pregnancy , vaginal bleeding in pregnancy , gestational diabetes , hyperemesis gravidarum, , polyhydramnios and oligohydramnios, , multiple pregnancy, , pre- labour rupture of membranes, chorioamnionitis , preterm and postterm delivery.,
