Factors that play a role in the formation of infectious diseases and causes(individual, social, and infectious agent), microorganisms that cause infectious disease, chain of infection, transmission routes of infectious agent, loss of enfection diseases, prevention measures, midwife tasks about infectious diseases

Weekly Schedule

1) Infection, infectious disease, its importance.
2) Infectious agents and the general characteristics of the formation of infection
3) The symptoms of infectious diseases and basic concepts.
4) Measures to be taken before the emergence of infectious diseases
5) immunization
6) Air-borne diseases (measles, rubella, mumps)
7) Air-borne diseases (chicken pox, meningitis)
8) Midterm examination/Assessment
9) Air-borne diseases (diphtheria, whooping cough, tuberculosis)
10) Water and food borne diseases (poliomyelitis, typhoid, cholera
11) Water and food borne diseases (burusella, dysentery, hepatitis A)
12) Sexually transmitted diseases (syphilis, AIDS, Hepatitis B, gonorrhea)
13) Sexually transmitted diseases (herpes simplex virus type 2, human papilloma virus, Trichomanas vaginalis, Candida albicans)
14) Skin and mucosa transmitted diseases ( herpes simplex type 1, tetanus, rabies)
15) Notification of infectious diseases, evaluation of the course of notifiable diseases
16) Final examination
