2) Comment of the basic concepts and principles of forensic situations
3) Evaluate midwives law, authority and responsibilities
4) Explain enough the civil law
5) Comment of the Turkish Law system about sexual crimes
6) Synthesize the position of the woman in criminal incidents
7) Defines the situations of malpractice cases in midwifery profession.
8) Report in Midwifery, the forensic evidence to collection, preservation and transmission
9) Knows all types of violence against women and recognizes all effective factors. It takes part in all prevention strategies.
11) Reports the detection, collection, protection and transmission of criminal evidence in forensic cases in midwifery

Course Contents

This corse covers women in Forensic situations, women in the world criminal incidents, women in the Turkey criminal incidents , the basic concepts in forensic cases, the Turkish criminal code, sexual crimes and women; sexual harassment, sexual harassment in the workplace against women, Mitwifery and sexual harassment, sexual assault (rape) , rape in marriage, honor crimes and honor killings, incest, midwifery and approach of sexual violence, violence against women, violence against women in her family, miscarriage, abortion, genital examination and virginity tests, women in the profession of midwifery and malpractice litigation.
