Understanding that the normal biochemical events are the basis of wellbeing, comprehending that every disordes has a biochemical basis Learning the stucture and the differences of biomolecules constitutes the human body. Comprehending the importance of water and fluid balance. Identifying the edema and dehydratation occuring in the water and fluidic disorders. Comprehending functional and structural roles of proteins, carbohydrates, lipids and enzymes. Learning the function of hormones, vitamins and minerals. Disorders occuring in the deficiencies or in the excess of hormones, vitamins and minerals. Anabolism, catabolism, digestion, absorbtion. Renal and hepatic function tests.
