1) Students will define the basic terms of pharmacology, the meaning of pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics
2) Students will differentiate pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamic drug interactions
3) Students will discuss the general pharmacological properties and side effects of drugs acting on organ systems
4) Students will define drug (substance) addiction and differentiate the types of drug (substance) addiction
5) Students will summarize the mechanisms of actions, clinical uses, and side effects of chemotherapeutic drugs
