Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1) 1- Students can understand simple greeting sentences about himself and those around them.
2) 2- The students can understand the phrases and frequently used words regarding the topics directly involving themselves (e.g. basic personal and familial information, shopping, local environment, occupation).
3) 3- The students can get the basic notion in the short, clear message and announcements.
4) 4- The students can understand the recorded short texts about short and predictable topics when they are slow and clear.
5) 5- The students can learn general information in the simple daily texts such as announcements, user guides, menus, and themselves.
6) 6- The students can understand short personal letters.
7) 7- The students can read short and simple texts.
8) 8- The students can guess the meaning of the words by using the main idea of short and simple texts.
