Course Contents
This course covers concepts and theories of organization and management, basic characteristics and forms of social services organizations, administrative principles and scopes in social service organizations, conflict and change in organizations, project design and management in social work fields, adaptation of contemporary concepts of management into the social work, social worker as administrator.
