Electrical Circuits

Course Contents

Structure of semiconductor materials, additive materials, pn compositions. Structure of diodes, investigation of characteristics, diode applications, clamp and cropping circuit experiments. Investigation of Zener-diode characteristics. Usage as regulator of Zener-diode. Structure of Transistor and FET’, investigation of characteristics, modeling. Pre-voltage calculation and small signal analysis at Transistor and FET amplifier circuits.
