Course Contents

Rotating magnetic field, the structure and operation of induction machines, , power-loss analysis of induction machines, equivalent circuit model of induction machine experiments, the torque speed characteristics. Synchronous Machine structure and classification. Power flow analysis of synchronous machines, the equivalent circuit models, synchronous machine experiments, torque and efficiency. Special types of electrical machines.
