Examination of various cooling systems, thermodynamic cycle and calculations of vapor compression refrigeration machines, compressors, evaporators, condensers, examination of cooling elements, calculation of cooling loads, introduction of Absorption Cooling System, explanation of working principle, similarities and differences of vapor compression mechanical cooling system, Absorption Cooling Advantages and disadvantages, Coolant and absorber fluid types used in Absorption Cooling System, desired properties from refrigerant, absorber and refrigerant-absorptive fluid pairs, Thermodynamic analysis of Absorption Cooling System, Cold storage tanks, cooling load calculation, equipment selection and a complete cold storage design
