This course covers foundations of business management, manager, leadership, entrepreneurship, external and internal environment, the aims of business, motivation, the stages of business establishment, forms of business ownership, cooperation between business, managerial tools: financial management, human resources management, marketing management, production management, ethics and social responsibility.
