1. OSI reference model and layers, layer frame structures, standards, 2. Media types, topologies, network devices, hardware used in computer networks, 3. Local and wide area networks, 4. Ethernet and CSMA/CD, 5. TCP/IP, IP addressing and classes, subnet masks, IP routing, 6. Router configurations.
