Course Contents

Islamic party law, concept of capacity and its types. Islamic family law, marriage agreement, transaction to end the marriage, legal consequences of end of marriage. Islamic heritage law, basic principles, forty circumstances, ashabu'l-ferâiz (legal heirs) asabah (relatives from father's side). Islamic constitution law, states of law and public finance. Islamic criminal law, concepts of crime and punishment, components of crime, principles of punishment, crimes and punishments.
