Course Contents

Islamic property law, concept of asset, property right and its types, limited real rights. Islamic obligations law, concept of obligation, components and sources of obligation, relationship of private obligation. Islamic jurisdiction law, concept of judgment, duty and institutions of judgment, judge, trial procedure, proofs.
