Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1) Student shall know the basic concepts related to measurement and evaluation.
2) Student shall use the basic statistical techniques.
3) Student shall determine the validity and reliability of the measurement tools.
4) Student shall know the measurement tools used in measuring cognitive, affective and psycho-motor behaviors.
5) Student shall make item and test analysis on application results.
6) Student shall know the stages of test development .

Measuring and evaluation concepts, basic statistical techniques, reliability and validity comparison of measurement, objective analysis and content table, test development, exam types and question writing, written and oral exams, short answer and true-false tests, multiple choice and matching tests, evaluation of student achievement, alternative assessments.
