Distinction,types and definitions of Shipping Agency and Brokering, examination of Shipping Agency and Brokering in the Turkish Commercial Law, Shipping Agency and Brokering Activities and Contents, Their Working Prenciples, The way of Work, chartering and cargo searchs of Shipping Agency and Broker in the Liner and Tramp Transportation, Types of Chartering : Characteristics and Contents of Voyage charter, Time Charter, Bareboat Charter, Abbrevations of Chartering Negotiations, Samples of Voyage Chartering, Time Chartering Negotiations, Samples of Bareboat Chartering Negotiations, Creating of Chartering fixing letter (recap ), Organization of Charter Party, Examination of various Charter Party such as GENCON, BALTIME, NYPE, GRAINCON; Filling of Charter Party Forms in terms of Various Charter Parties Clauses, Major Documents in the Charter Parties, Calculations of Starya , Demurrage and Despatch.
