Course Contents
Definition of operational research. Decision theory. Fundamentals of decision theory. Linear programming. Graphical solution to a linear programming problem. The simplex method of a linear programming problem. Transportation technique. A networks technique and critical path analysis. Inventory models. Waiting lines and queue theory.
