Course Contents

This course covers; contracting parties transportation, tenant, owner, broker, agent, owner, shipper, recipient, sender, sent to the basic concepts related to units of the parties' responsibilities, the role and responsibilities of the broker, bill of lading, types of bill of lading, freight, freight terms, conditions and contents of the freight contract, the installation ordinosu, delivery order, the manifest, charter, chartering, ship lease forms, ship charter parties, the party's charter sections, additional clauses and properties, limitations and terms leasing ship, ship loading and unloading time leasing, chartering terms and abbreviations, transportation contracts for correspondence technique, connection, time estimated ship account, line connections, ship leasing costs falling to the parties, ship leasing factors, ship harbour rentals, tonnage demand, the demand for sea shipping tonnage and the welcome Ship type selection technique, technique tonnage welcome demand, costs and freight account - estimated voyage accounts, ships finding activities.
