Definition of Football; Historical Development of Football; Rules of Football; Warning and Stretching in Football; Technique of Football; Drills to Become Familiar to the Ball; Drills Without a Ball (Running, Jumping, Body Feint); inside, Outside and Outstep Kicking; Controlling the Ball by foot, chest, Head and Knee, Teaching Principles and Methods of Football. Football Drills: Warming, Stretching, Drills with the Ball; Techniques in Teaching Football.
