Course Contents

The basic movement forms:running,changing directions,ritm,coordination runnings, Theory:the handball game rules, pass techniques, basic pass, wrist pass, ground pass, pass with jumping, pass exercises:with the groups of 2, 3, 4 (fort he fast offence), the individual offence techniques, basic standing, the sliding step, to come to the front side, to block the throwings, goal keper trainings, basic technique, the offence and defence technician in the group.
