APPLICATION OF BASIC TECHNIQUES, SLIDING BALANCED FROM FRONT TO BACK, TRANSITION FROM THE BACK AND FRONT AND VICE VERSA, STANDING IN SNOWPLOV POSITION AND STANDING UP FROM THE FLOOR WHEN FALLING DOWN.

4) couple feet from front to back jumps,and jumps back to front
5) into the right front pivot
