Teaching Block Techniques and Types of Blocks; one-man Block, Three-man Block; Overarm Passing; Underhand Passing; Service; Spike Techniques; Plonjon Technique: Forward Plonjon, Backward, Left and Right: 3:3 Game System and Practice; Serving in 3:3 Game System; Tactics of Attack and Defense; 4:2 Game System and Practice; Serving in 4:2 Game System Tactics of Attack and Defense.
