To teach the first steps of the artistic skating

Weekly Schedule

1) backward stroking
2) two foot spin
3) hockey stop
4) couple feet from front to back jumps,and jumps back to front
5) into the right front pivot
6) into the left front pivot
7) backward crossovers
8) Midterm examination/Assessment
9) 4 forward+4 backward backward crossovers
10) Boony Hoop Jump
11) back stop
12) left and right half circle out front skating
13) into half circle to the left right front skating
14) back out the left and right half circle
15) Right Back Cross
16) Final examination
