Course Contents

Basic information about law and sources of law, sources of tourism law and its concepts, legal regulations designed for tourism organizations, legal regulations aimed at investments in the tourism business, laws encouraging the development of the tourism business, regulations for tourist facilities, legal arrangements related to travel agencies, agreements applied in the Tourism Law, and the rights and liabilities of tourists and tourism businesses.
