Course Contents

This course provides students with the knowledgeon the concept of communication, why do we communicate, main characters of communication , results of corruptions and disorganisations, advantages of developing skills in communication, main communications skills, interactive and empathy, body language, lists of better personal communication and that every disagreement doesn’t mean a communication problem.
