Course Contents

This course covers desiging computer-aided 3-dimensional automotive and machine parts with package program.

Weekly Schedule

1) Drawing and dimensioning of the complex work piece for computer aided manufacturing softwares.
2) Using commands of CAM program to be used in turning
3) Drawining various profiles for turning
4) Demonstrating lathe tools and selecting tool cutter
5) Forming raw materials (stock) and making simulation
6) Determining and processing toolpath
7) Processing warious work pieces
8) Midterm examination/Assessment
9) Turning silindical and face
10) Proceeding groove and cut
11) Applying tapping cycle of screw
12) Learning drilling holes and unpinning of thread cyclies
13) Roughing and finishing machining process
14) Generating post processing NC codes for CNC
15) Making various applications
