Course Contents

This course provides students wits the knowledge of concept of behaviour, concept and evaluation of behavioural sciences, behaviour circle, social status, role and behaviour, social organizations, social groups and types of social groups, organizational culture, beliefs and attitudes, personality, personality factor in person and organization union, perception and learning theories, motivation theory, communication, organizational changing, psychological problems and complaints in the organizations.
