Basic concepts related to inflation. Effects of inflation on financial statements. Monetary and non-monetary asset transactions. Effects of inflation on the income statement. Methods to resolve the effects of inflation on the income statement and balance sheet. Regulation and application example of the balance sheet. Preparation and application example of the income statement. Purchasing power of the calculation of gains and losses. Inflation adjustment of the balance sheet and income statement of operations outside the financial statements. Presentation of the balance sheet is adjusted for inflation.
