Course Contents

Securities exchanges and the Stock Exchange, stock exchanges and economic functions, price, building systems, stock exchange members, The Istanbul Stock Exchange, VOB, Gold Exchange, functioning with the CMB, Turkey Capital Market Intermediary Enterprise Association, tasks, goals, operations, capital market investors are planned to be examined.

2) Istanbul Stock Exchange; duties, powers, organs.
3) Stock exchange members, CMB, TSPAKB, Central Registry Agency, the functions, operations management bodies.
4) Istanbul Stock Exchange listing, the market opening, the public offering.
5) Capital market investors.
6) U.S. capital markets, EU capital market, Other capital markets: Japan, China stock market.
7) Stock of precious metals, gold market.
8) Midterm examination/Assessment
9) In General Markets, Money and Capital Markets differences , basic concepts.
10) In the Capital Markets Law, the purpose and contribution to the economy will be discussed.
