This course includes the emergence of the idea of the European Union, the union spent in the historical process of change. The European Union's institutional structure. The duties and powers of the main organs of the EU. EU decision-making process. Structure of the Union. The EU parliament, EU Commission, Council, Court of Justice and the Court's duties and powers. Some important agreements by the European Union membership criteria. The Treaty of Maastricht. The importance of Maastricht and organizational outcomes and processes. Content of the Copenhagen Agreement. Copenhagen criteria. Instead of wanting to be a member of the Union will bring the states obligations.
