Definition and properties of the screw. Connecting cutting tool to the lathe, issues to be taken in to consideration in attracting points. The definition and area of use of gear wheels, wheel cutter knife calculations and to selecting the module milling cutter. Spur wheel manufacturing techniques, the module's control.The definition and use of helical gears, the helical gear wheel manufacturing techniques, calculations of helical gears,selecting module cutter knives. Controlling the gear. Plane and cylindrical grinding. Choosig the appropriate grinding stone and positioning thw workpiece by grinding stone.

Weekly Schedule

1) Manufacturing workpiece using various Lathe chuck systems
2) Producing workpiece by using various fixing systems at milling machines. Welding applications
3) Accounts the speed turning, feed rate calculation. Adjustment of cutting parameters in turning. Execution of turning processes at turret lathe
4) Screw types, uses of screws according to their types, internal and external screw types of items. Screw elements and the size calculations. Manufacturing the left and right screws. Measuring and controlling
5) Various grinding operations at plane and cylindrical grinding machines
6) Methods of welding and gas metal arc welding (MIG-MAG and TIG and Plasma)
7) Gas metal arc welding machines and their use
8) Midterm examination/Assessment
9) Defines gases used in Gas metal arc welding method

11) A variety of milling applications, up-cut and down-cut milling. Frame Milling application
