Course Contents

This course provides students with the knowledge of the definition of communication and fundamental concepts, the importance and process of communication, the necessity of communication, explaining and comparison of various types of communication, the principles of oral communication, body language, interpretation of oral communication in social life, the types of writing in social life, the types of writing in corporate, explaining and application of business letters in general purpose, explaining and application of specific letters like polls and forms, the difference between social letter and occupational letters, the techniques of communication which will be applied in occupational life, graphics and diagrams and their purpose in used, the necessity of technological tools and their advantages.

Weekly Schedule

1) Course content and delivery of textbooks to the information. Definition and basic concepts of communication
2) Communication process, the importance of communication in terms of society and individuals, the necessity of communication.
3) Explanation and comparison of types of communication.
4) Principles of verbal communication, body language.
5) Verbal communication techniques to be applied in the form of individual and group, the interpretation of the effects of verbal communication in daily life
6) Encountered in the writings of social life.
7) Article in the institution of the species, introduction and implementation of general-purpose business letters
8) Midterm examination/Assessment
9) Social differences between writing articles for professional, career, communication techniques will be applied
10) Prepare your own branch, and read articles about the case.
