The concept of time and the content of time, the types of time, time-management in organization, the defininition and importance of time management, time- management processes and its principles, manager’s general review to time-management, the advantage of effective time-management, the principles of communication which save time, behaviors and methods providing of effective time using, the techniques of devolopment in time- management, long term planning.
