Course Contents
This course covers; man and basic needs of man, the conceptual aspects of communication; communication and perception: Self-recognition; self-recognition applications,hearing and listening, the role of body language in communication; psychological defense mechanisms and defensive communication; empathy, empathic approach; stress and ways of coping with stress; using the techniques of presentation and reporting; definition of occupational ethics and its place in business life; reporting quality systems; analyzing risk in terms of occupational health and safety and reporting business - risk analysis.
