Course Contents

This course covers emergencies (Industrial accidents, fire, explosions, natural disasters, spills-leakage, sabotage, terror, road-sea-railway accidents) emergency management cycle, preventing emergencies (planning-organisation), risk analysis of emergencies, managing the emergencies, recovery from emergencies.

4) Procedures for before, during and after the emergency
5) Evaluation and analysis of risks; environmental risks
6) Mitigation measures; Determination and Follow-up of the mitigation programs
7) Determination the Emergency Management System; policies and teams
8) Midterm examination/Assessment
9) Preparing the emergency plans
10) Saving the life and property and Communication ın Emergency
11) Cooperation with Local, National and Internatıonal agencies
