1) Explaining the existence, changing and development of Fire Brigades on the world and in Turkey

This course includes the existence and development of fire brigades in the world and in Turkey, structure and operation of fire brigades of Greater Municipalities and Municipalities, status in the law, statute and regulations, task, authority and responsibility of fire brigades, base of engaging and rising upper rank on job, responsibilities and sanctions of fire brigades with the point of view of fire prevention and interference at all public buildings, status of fire brigades with standards of TSE, NFPA, and DIN, advantages of standardization of fire brigades for national economy with the point of view of fire prevention and interference.
