The term of management system, İt’s historical development, the term of quality and it’s historical development, Factors that effects product and sevice quality, total quality management and ISO 9000 series;,quality insurance sandarts,the term of environmental management system, aim of the system, Identification of structure of environmental management systems, environmental policy, environmental management program, education of system, procedures, preparatory period of emergency and cautions that have to be done, application and measuring, audit of the system, ISO 14000 series standarts, entegration of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001, regulations in Turkey, examples of application.
