This course includes the concept of the project, the project features, project management, project manager's role in the project; identification of the project groups and group leaders, the problems encountered in project management; choosing the subject of the project; determination of the project objectives and the project boundaries; determination of project resources; division of labor, the distribution of tasks and work schedule of the project; implementation and monitoring of the project; project reporting; project presentation.
