Course Contents

This course provides students with the knowledge of economics, scope, and its place in other social sciences, economic systems, market and price mechanism, supply and demand analysis, producer and consumer theory and the balance, the balance of a full analysis of the company markets and imperfect competition.

1) Introduction to Economics and the scope of the economy.
2) Analysis of the basic concepts of economics.
3) The economy and solving the problem of famine.
4) Analysis of factors of production.
5) Demand and factors that affect demand.
6) Supply, and the balance of factors affecting the supply.
7) Analysis of elasticities of supply and demand.
8) Midterm examination/Assessment
