Course Contents

The concept of the land registry, land registry transactions, possessory, contractual procedures, the concept of ownership, mortgages will be introduced.

Weekly Schedule

1) Sales and donations of land registry operations processes.
2) Until death, is life-long contract agreement and examine the processes of land registry.
3) In general, the concepts of assignment and examination of barter.
4) Explanation of the concept and types of easement easement.
5) Individual examination of easement rights.
6) Upper right plant.
7) Definition and types of mortgage.
8) Midterm examination/Assessment
9) The land registry no contract transactions.
10) Examination of unregistered acquisitions.
11) Examination of the rights in the land registry commentary.
12) The restrictive commentaries land registry.
13) Saving preventive examination of the provisions.
14) Cadastre and implementation of the law.
15) Examination of the Expropriation Law, Public Procurement Law.
16) Final examination
