1) Urbanization is a result of economical development.
2) There is a relationship between urbanization and industrialization. Developed countries could be thought of this relation.
3) Bad urbanization is a big problem for non-developed countries.
4) Urban planning subject must be handled as a project including economical, ecological and socail factors.
