Course Contents

Gemstone identification, formation of precious stones, classification, places where removed in Turkey, features, naturally, to distinguish between synthetic and imitation stones, opaque, carry transparent and translucent ornaments, cut shapes of ornamental stones and art, jewelry ornamental stones used in industry

3) Natural ornamental stones, imitation ornamental stones and artificial ornamental stones
4) Precious ornamental stones, semi precious ornamental stones and organic ornamental stones
5) ornamental stones extracted in Turkey
6) Definition of concepts related to ornamental stones
7) Distinction of ornamental stones by colors and processes that improve the colors of ornamental stones
8) Midterm exam / Evaluation
9) Physical properties of ornamental stones: Slice, stiffness, carat, color
10) Opaque ornamental stone, translucent ornamental stone and translucent ornamental stone
