Course Contents

Definition and properties of the screw. Connecting cutting tool to the lathe, issues to be taken in to consideration in attracting points. The definition and area of use of gear wheels, wheel cutter knife calculations and to selecting the module milling cutter. Spur wheel manufacturing techniques, the module's control.The definition and use of helical gears, the helical gear wheel manufacturing techniques, calculations of helical gears,selecting module cutter knives. Controlling the gear. Plane and cylindrical grinding. Choosig the appropriate grinding stone and positioning thw workpiece by grinding stone.

1) Manual Metal Arc Welding; the electric arc, electrode classification, welders accessories, the practice of manual metal arc welding, welding pipelines, welding of carbon and carbon-manganese and low alloy steels, low alloy steel classification

3) Gas Shield Metal Arc Welding; metal inert gas (MIG), metal active gas (MAG) "including CO2 and mixed gas processes", techniques, CO2 welding of mild steel, automatic welding, MIG pulsed arc welding, synergic pulse MIG welding.
4) Gas Shield Metal Arc Welding; metal inert gas (MIG), metal active gas (MAG) "including CO2 and mixed gas processes", techniques, CO2 welding of mild steel, automatic welding, MIG pulsed arc welding, synergic pulse MIG welding.
5) Tungsten electrode, inert gas shielded welding processes (TIG) and the plasma arc process; technology and equipment, welding technique, automatic welding and plasma-arc welding.

12) Oxy-acetylene welding; principles and equipment, methods of welding, cast iron welding, braze welding and bronze welding, copper welding, aluminum welding, welding of nickel and nickel alloys, hard surfacing and stelliting and brazing.
13) Cutting Processes; gas cutting of iron and steel, oxygen or thermic lance, flame gouging by the oxy-acetylene process, arc-air cutting and gouging process, plasma cutting, powder injection cutting, underwater cutting.
14) The welding of plastics; plastics, machine (tractor) welding, high frequency spark testing, hot plate (or hot iron) welding, hot plate welding by machine, electric fusion welding, ultrasonic welding, vibration welding, joining plastcis and rubber by means of adhesives.
15) The subjects about the whole semester will be summarized.
16) Final examination
