Course Contents

CNC machine tools, application areas, structure of CNC machine tools, introduction and programming of CNC lathes, absolute and incremental programming, M and G codes in lathes, Linear and polar interpolation in lathes, external and internal turning operations, Turning cycles, Introduction of CNC turning simulation program, structure of CNC milling machine, Absolute and incremental programming, M and G codes in milling, Linear and polar interpolation in milling, contour, face, pocket, groove, hole milling operations, milling cycles, Introduction of CNC milling simulation program
