A. Surface Quality Marks 1. The definition and importance of surface roughness 2. Surface processing signals, and the importance of presentation. 3. Image processing signals used to draw the surface. 4. According to the surface quality of manufacturing methods. B. Tolerances 1. The definition and importance of tolerance 2. Classification of Tolerance 3. Reasons Tolerance 4. General concepts of tolerance 5. Tolerance chart letterhead

Weekly Schedule

1) Understanding the importance of the position tolerances with size and shape, identifying the standards and recognizing the surface quality
2) The size tolerance in manufacturing, types of practice, forming the pratice table, training systems, (traditional hole in the system, the normal shaft site), practice types (strict, transitional, hollow)
3) Tolerance in accordance with the practice systems in the example applications given ;application of the smallest measure, the biggest measure and the practice on the shaft and hole; exercise tolerancesand machining tolerances
4) The shape and position tolerance in manufacturing; recognizing symbols and standards of the shape and position tolerance, reference planes on the figure (orthogonality, parallelism)
5) The use of shape and position tolerances; showing shape and position tolerances in sample drawing applications
6) Surface machining marks, the importance and description of surface processing ,its directions and symbols, identifying on the part of machine ,surface roughness and standards; determining the qualities of surface roughness.
7) Symbols of surface roughness, showing them on machine pictures in accordance with standards; showing the various, the implementation of different roughness values on various examples
8) Midterm examination/Assessment
9) Drawing of group installation and the main installation pictures.
10) Installation drawings, installation numbers, editing the sequence of installation and letterhead; display of sealing elements, types, selection,replacement , the sample applications, and assignments
11) Construction drawing,identification of enough view for construction drawing , taking the necessary sections, making the appropriate dimensioning, tolerance, and implementation of surface roughness, letterhead organization, determining the materials
12) Installation and implementation of construction drawings
13) Drawing screw connections and nuts; determining tolerances and the surface qualities in bolts and nuts; drawing of anchor bolts, knuckles, pins, and drawing other machine components, extra practice exercises and assignments
14) Organizing picture agencies, copying original pictures , blueprint copying, and archiving
