Course Contents

Wind speed measurement and calculation of its potential energy. Electromechanic analysis of wind turbine systems. Structures and types of wind turbines. Horizontal and vertical axis wind turbines. Coefficient of turbine conversion, moment and speed multipliers. Characteristics of transform coefficient of wind speed- turbine mechanic power. Determination of construction area, make fundamental connections and constructions. Wing, mile and generator connections of wind turbine. Generators and their types. Electrical output characteristics of generator according to wind speed. Performance models of turbine generator system. Calculation of pile group, performing connection charge-regulator, construction of pile groups. System losses and efficiency analysis. Energy estimation and plans depend on periods. Auxiliary equipment and system management.
