Course Contents

Introduction to reverse engineering. The advantages of reverse engineering in industrial applications. Reverse engineering tactile methods. Reverse engineering the non-contact method. Point capture devices. 3D coordinate measuring machine (CMM). Three-dimensional objects scanning applications. Three-dimensional point process, three-dimensional point operations, geometric pattern development applications, Geometric model development applications, creating curves and surfaces, surface and solid manufacturing approaches.
