Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1) MPs properties, classification, learns the structure of inorganic and organic pollutants.
2) Metal, semi-metal and nonmetal properties İnorganic the contaminants mercury and inorganic pollutants lead, thallium, molybdenum, cobalt and copper in water, soil and air effects and explains treatments methods.
3) Beryllium, selenium, arsenic, chromium, cadmium, zinc, nickel, vanadium and boron treatment on explain the environmental impact.
4) Organic contaminants aromatic hydrocarbons, dioxins, nitrosamins describes the harmful effects of surface-active substances and oil.
5) Pesticides, hydrocarbons, polymer structure, describes the effect of adsorbed organic hydrocarbons and volatile organic hydrocarbons to the environment.
6) The use of inorganic and organic contaminants and methods for the treatment of the implementation of the necessary equipment are explained.

Micropollutants, properties, classification, and environmental impacts of aromatic hydrocarbons, dioxins, nitrosamines and Detergents, Petroleum and its products, pesticides, features, and tüervleri, Polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons, polychlorinated biphenyls, adsorbed hydrocarbons, volatile organic hydrocarbons, polyvinyl chlorides and environmental effects, organic hydrocarbons, treatment methods   Heavy metals and their properties, mercury (Hg), lead (Pb), arsenic (As), Cadmium (Cd), Zinc (Zn), copper (Cu), molybdenum (Mo), vanadium (V), boron (B), nickel (Ni) and selenium (Se) compounds are formed by such elements and their environmental impact, and treatment methods of heavy metals
