Course Contents

Definition of reinforced concrete precast structural systems. Frame and panel structures. Static and dynamic analysis of structures with pinned connections. Reinforcement detailing of joint regions, analysis and design. Moment resisting frames. Ductile design parameters. Precast Lambda systems. Industrial buildings with inclined roof beams. Precast foundations and grave beams. Seismic response of precast frames. Hybrid connections and design parameters. Panel structures. Connections in panel structures and energy damping. Displacement and rotation capabilities.
